MEETING DATE: PROPOSALS

Being the first time we meet, I think we should have at least one person from each partner organisation attending the meeting, so we should plan the dates with attention.

Here my proposal, please tell me what you think about the following dates:

FIRST PROPOSAL – travelling/arrival on Wednesday 20 October, working on Tuesday 21 and Friday 22 October, departure from Friday eve (but also Sunday. There is an international BtoB fair on tourism during this weekend)

SECOND PROPOSAL – travelling on Sunday 14 November, working on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16, departure from Tuesday eve.

THIRD PROPOSAL – arrival Wednesday 10 November, working on Tuesday 11 and Friday 12 November, departure from Friday eve.

If you choose to stay a bit longer, maybe adding a week-end I can give you some suggestions about what to see or booking a tour of the city/ a visit to our new archaeological museum or a visit to Ravenna/Florence/Venice.

    For us the first one is not good, the best is the third one.

    for Martin Rejmis (EDA_Czech Republic) the first option is impossibile, the second dates (14/16 november) are possibile but the third options (10/12 november)is the best one

    For us the first option is the best.
    The second is impossible because of other EU meeting.
    The third is probably possible. Depends from exact start of other meeting.

    From Latvian partners:
    Proposal 3 seems the best for us. Proposal 1 is almost impossible.

    For KiNNO Consultants, partners from Greece,
    option 2 seems the best.

    Option 3 is probably possible, however option 1 is rather impossible.
